A single component water based polyurethane water based sealer for wood flooring. Easily applied with professional results and a fast drying time.

• Provides a transparent sealed surface that is tough hardwearing and scratch resistant.

• No need to apply a separate priming coat even on newly sanded unfinished wood.

• Drying time of about 1 - 2 hours (at 65% relative humidity and a room tempereature of 20°C)

• The floor can be re-coated after only 5 hours. Three coats are reccomended for commercial applications.

• 1 U.S. gallon (3.78 Ltrs) enough for 1 coats on a floor area approximately 30 sq mtrs (mimimum of 2 coats reccomended)
