Hermitage from Step Up International is a solid oak single strip 83mm wide floor pre-finished with a hardwearing polyurethane lacquer finish. It is suitable for installation by either secret nailing with a flooring nail gun. flooring nail gun, or by fully bonding with a wood flooring adhesive e.g. Styccobond B92 Made from a selection of character, natural and prime grades to make a generally clean classic floor with occassional knots and grain variation. The precision milling ensures a close fitting wood floor without gaps or blemishes.

• Hermitage Oak flooring can also be easily and quickly installed over solid sub-floors using 'Envoy' adhesive underlay provided a moisture barrier (pvc layer) has first been laid over the sub-floor.

• Almost maintenance free, with no extra treatments required after installation. An ocassional sweep or vacuum and a wipe with a well wrung out mop or cloth is all that is required to maintain the sheen.

• Board size of 83mm (width) x 18.5mm (thickness) x random lengths 40cm - 1.20m average 70cm upwards means the flooring can be installed directly to joists as a load bearing floor.
