Powernailer 45R Flooring Nail Gun

The Powernailer® Model 45 tongue and groove flooring nailer has been the standard of the commercial flooring industry for over fifty years. The model 45 offers a durable design with a proven record of being able to stand up to the rigors of daily use. The model 45 is designed to nail flooring without splitting the tongue or damaging the floor surface. One mallet blow drives Powercleat® nails into tongue and groove flooring at a perfect 45° angle, while countersinking the nail to the proper depth. The model 45 uses 1-1/2", 1-3/4", and 2" Powercleat® nails and can be used to nail 1/2", 3/4", and 33/32" tongue and groove hardwood flooring through the use of easy-to-change adapter plates.
Due to the quality and precision of the U.S.machining, far less power is needed in order to seat the nails. The striking plunder is hit with the rubber end of the mallet which results in far less faitigue for the flooring installer.
A Powernailer 45 is suitable for nailing flooring without splitting the tongue or damaging the foor surface with it's non marring base.
One blow with the Powernailer mallet drives the power to nail into the tongue and groove flooring at the perfect 45&186; angle, whilst clamping the boards tigthtly together. The second blow drives the cleat into the base while countersinking the nail to the correct depth.
The nylon base of the Powernailer gun ensures no scatching or damage to the surface of the board, even on high gloss softer woods such as mahogany
Engineered flooring, overlay flooring or bamboo flooring can also be installed with the optional Powernailer base adaptor. This is often a faster installation method that laying a floating type floor and means there is no messy adhesive to remove from the floor surface after the installation.
