All delivered Friday. Very good service from your company.
All installed in my conservatory and will test the heating when it get a little colder. One error was that you only sent 39 depron panels instead of 40. Not a problem as I have 4 left anyway.
Many thanks for the damp proof membrane being slightly longer (if it was
intended!) as I could do the whole room without joins.

I had a really awkward floor area to cover but Birbek planned the layout really well for me. When it arrived, it just opened out to fit the whole floor area, even the alcoves and bay window. Beter still the price was cheaper than buying the rolls and conecting all the wires together.

I never did write to thank you for your help in the selection and recommendation of flooring.
The whole project from start to finish (with underfloor heating) took less than two evenings.
The Depron has noticeably made the room warmer, and the room can easily get up to 26' on a 28' setting.
The colour of the floor is great, and lighter than what now appears to have been a dark section sample.
The underfloor heating sheets were easy to fit and as expected worked instantly.
Once again many thanks to yourself and Birbek, and great company. I have recommended you, and looked to buying from again.

Easy to order and fitted my room exactly with no wiring to do other than connecting into the thermostat. Actually ended up far cheaper than buying the lengths and connecting them all up which all the other firms seemed to sell

I would just like to thank your staff for the efficient way that my order was handled. Although my initial measurements were wrong and the plan needed amending twice, we still got delivery on the day we requested. Everything fits and we are really pleased with the effect of the heating

Fast professional service. The heating came all made to fit my kitchen exactly with just 2 wires to connect. I fitted it myself and just got my electrician to connect into the supply. Heating works really well
