I can't express enough how customer freindly David Hudson was to me when I inadvertantly did not choose a delivery option but instead chose collect from warehouse.
Dave merely offered, without provacation, to send me the items ordered first class at no add'l cost to me.
The days are far gone when someone actually offers empathy and most importantly follow-through.
